Hello! I'm looking for a flat in London - just moved here from Texas for an architecture internship. I'll be here for 6 months. I'm working in Camden near Camden Town / Camden Road stops, and I'm not sure what areas of town are most ideal.
I found a flat with nice people near Kensal Rise, but I don't know anything about the area or whether or not it's better to be living closer to town and paying more or living further out and paying less. Any advice would be very helpful. I've been checking the websites like a hawk, but thought I might try the frisbee grapevine to see if anyone's looking for another flatmate.
[btw, I'm also looking for a team to play with.]
Sorry for spamming. Thanks! |

London is pricey - it all depends on your budget and where you plan on spending the time.
Frisbee-wise we're getting toward the tail-end of the season, although there's still plenty of opportunity depending on your ability and how picky you are. What's your experience level? Depending on that there is still some London summer league fun to be had if you can find a team (they are often short so should not be overly hard), or Regionals/Nationals if you want to travel and play more seriously.
